Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick in Catfight

October 30, 2013

Urban Decay launched a whole new generation of Revolution lipsticks recently, boasting a new and improved formula.  There are 22 bold shades to choose from, and some creamy nudes.  Fully-stocked as I am on lipsticks, 1 won the catfight for a spot in my crowded vanity!

Catfight is described as fuchsia with slight red undertone.  On my lips, it is  quite true, with a slight cool-toned red-tinged pink.  The color was intense, and gave good coverage in a single swipe.  Whilst it felt creamy, I was slightly disappointed that it still tugged somewhat when applying, certainly not as creamy as some of my recent lipstick encounters.  Regardless, it wore well throughout the day with constant sipping from my coffee mug, and did not smudge.

I am really into pink this season, and am loving the way Catfight brightens up my visage!  Urban Decay Revolution lipsticks are now available at Sephora islandwide.

You definitely rock the bright fuchsia. I love bright lip colours too, it instantly brightens up the whole look.

    really beautiful hot pink!
i think this is comparable to the new color from the Dior holiday collection. 🙂

  3. The color looks fab on you and I’m happy to hear the color didn’t smudge easily. I’m investing!
