I loved Origins’ Plantscription range of anti-aging facial products – the cleanser left my skin feeling happily cleansed without feeling of tightness, and the eye cream was just the right texture and worked marvelously. However, when the range launched in Singapore last year, the one item that was noticeably missing was a moisturizer. So, I was really excited when the Origins Plantscription Anti-Aging Cream was launched in Singapore last week!
As with the rest of the Plantscription range, the Anti-Aging Cream features the African Anogeissus, which penetrates deep within skin to block destructive enzymes that weaken skin’s elasticity and encourages production of new fibrillin to keep skin looking youthful, lifted, and line-less. In addition, each jar of the Anti-Aging Cream contains 300,000 raspberry plant stem cells to reverse the signs of aging even more effectively.
After just a single use, my skin is visibly plumper, and the rough spots on my cheeks are smoother. However, I found this to be a rather heavy cream, and left a slight greasy sheen on my forehead. I actually sleep in an air-conditioned room, and have been using night creams daily, and generally prefer a lighter texture. But i do love the fruity raspberry scent!
