Happy ManiMonday! I have not been able to try any nail polishes in awhile because my hands have been so sensitive lately. But i’m in love with the lovely soft beige shade of this Inglot O2M Breathable Nail Enamel in a new Soft Matte finish, and thought I’d show it to you today.
The O2M Breathable Nail Enamel is a new formula of air and water permeable nail polish from Inglot. This ensures nails remain in their optimal healthy condition even when coated with nail polish. I also like that the formula does not contain toluene, formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate (DBP) or camphor.
The new range also comes with a new flat head brush that is meant to make application easier. However, I found it to be thicker than the brushes used by Dior and YSL, and consequently it is harder to apply.
For Summer 2015, Inglot has released a whole new collection of O2M Breathable Nail Enamel in a new Soft Matte finish is actually incredibly lovely. The name tells it all as there is a nice glowy finish and the nail enamel is not textured, but softly matte without the high shine that we are accustomed to. However, if you still prefer a glossy finish, you may apply a layer of Inglot’s O2M Breathable Top Coat.
The shade that I have here is 502, and it is one of 8 lovely shades from the Soft Matte series. It is a light peachy-beige that is a very elegant everyday wearable shade. I think it looks lovely with a tan as well!
I really do love this color and the soft matte finish. However, I found the brush head rather challenging to apply smoothly without streaking. Also, without a top coat, I found the polish chipped rather quickly. Of course, I can always put a top coat over and turn it glossy…. which I just might do the next time I wear this!
What’s your favourite nail polish shade this Summer?
This post featured a product that was kindly provided by Inglot Singapore for my consideration. Regardless, all opinions expressed here are my own honest, unbiased views.
For some reason, I can’t seem to pull off nudes like this. My preferences in nail colors are definitely very limited to that few shades.
I don’t often go nude either…. but when i find a nice shade that actually complements my skin tone, I grab!
This is such an elegant nude, love this shade on you and your skirt is so beautiful!
I haven’t tried any Inglot products yet since I have to buy blind and I am not so much fond of the idea of not being able to try. Once I have seen a counter though, and checked a few eye shadows very quickly. They were superb!
Hi Sara, I am with you about buying products blind. The quality really is amazing for the price, and I know you’re a nail polish lover, so I hope you can check these out as they’re so lovely!
